We have a professional maintenance team on site 7 days a week, and we provide on-call emergency maintenance services in the evening and weekends. Maintenance requests can be submited via our online resident portal or directly with our resident services team.
Our amenities are complimentary for all residents. We provide a 24-hour clubhouse with hot beverage service, private meeting and conference rooms, a business center with print, scan, and fax capabilities, a state-of-the-art media theatre, and a fitness center with yoga studio. We also offer beautiful outdoor amenities including a resort-style pool, grilling stations, outdoor gaming, and a tennis court.
We are a private, gated community with complimentary surface lot parking. We also offer personal garage spaces for month to month lease terms.
We are pet friendly! We charge a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent. The pet fee for cats is $500 and the fee for dogs is $750. There is a $50 pet rent per pet.
We will have a pet park scheduled for completion in 2021.
We offer 1 and 2 bedroom fully furnished apartments for stays of 30 days or longer.
We offer unfurnished lease terms between 6 - 15 months. There is a monthly premium associated with lease terms less than 12 months.
You can apply via our online portal or in person with a leasing specialist. We require a completed application, proof of monthly income, and a copy of your photo ID. All future residents 18 or older must be included on the application.
We do not require a secuirty deposit on approved credit. We charge a one-time, move-in fee that is paid once your application has been processed and approved.
Rent can be paid via our online portal. We also accept bank checks or certified funds.
Your monthly fees will only consist of monthly rent and utilities. All community amenities, outdoor parking, snow and garabage removal are included in your rent.
Yes, proof of renters insurance is required on or before your move-in day.
Monthly utilities are PSE&G for gas and electric service, Realpage for water & sewer charges, and Comcast for TV and Internet service. Trash removal is included.
Yes, we have a resident referral program. Please ask a Leasing Specialist for the latest offering.
We are located approximately 8 miles from New Brunswick Train Station and 2 miles from Bound Brook train station.
Somerset County is home to ample outdoor hiking and bike trails. Our closest bike trail is located in Colonial Park.
We are conveniently located off Exit 10 or 12 of I-287.
